Quick Notes
I serve the Salmon with Lemon Wedges and Red Devil Hot Sauce or a Dill Sauce
To create a quick Dill Sauce, mix together:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon homemade dill blend
- Chill for about 4 hours to allow flavors to fully develop.
- Add a little milk for a creamier sauce.
