Recipe: Absolutely Onion Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 pounds small new red potatoes, cleaned and quartered
- 1/4 cup natural extra virgin olive oil or garlic flavored olive oil
- 1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°
- In a large bowl toss quartered potatoes with oil and onion flakes until well combined
- Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a lightly greased sheet pan
- Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the sheet pan occasionally, until the potatoes are nicely browned and fork tender
