Quick Notes

I serve the Salmon with Lemon Wedges and Red Devil Hot Sauce or a Dill Sauce
To create a quick Dill Sauce, mix together:

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon homemade dill blend
  • Chill for about 4 hours to allow flavors to fully develop.
  • Add a little milk for a creamier sauce.
