Pumpkin Bread Mix

Recipe: Wildtree Pumpkin Quick Bread – Package Directions

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan
  3. In a medium size bowl, combine  Wildtree Pumpkin Bread Mix, butter, eggs, and water & nuts & raisins if using
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean
  6. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely
  7. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar or spread a little butter cream icing after cooled

  • 3/4 cup milk, low-fat
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Wildtree All Natural Grapessed Oil or Butter Flavored GSO
  • 1 cup Wildtree Pumpkin Pancake Mix, #10717

Instructions

  1. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 300°  and oil lightly
  2. In a medium bowl combine milk, egg, and oil – add mix and whisk until just combined
  3. Allow batter to rest for 5 minutes
  4. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter per pancake on griddle
  5. Cook until the edges look dry and bubbles start forming on the surface, approximately 2 minutes
  6. Flip pancakes and cook an additional 2 minutes

  • 1/4 cup melted Butter or healthy Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • Optional: Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, or a whole Banana

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° & grease 9×5 loaf pan
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine Banana Bread Mix, eggs, buttor or oil & water – (Stir in optional ingredient if using)
  3. Pour batter into loaf pan
  4. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean
  5. Cool bread in pan 5 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Wildtree Quick & Easy Beer Bread Mix, #10613
  • 1 (12 ounce) Stout Beer
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients and bake according to package directions in a pan or in muffin tins

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 package Whole Wheat Beer Bread, #10640, or Quick & Easy Beer Bread, #10613
  • 1-12 oz can Ginger Ale
  • For the Cinnamon Swirl Mixture:
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • Chopped Nuts, optional

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine bread mix with soda or beer and nuts if adding – batter will be stiff.
  3. Pour into loaf pan by alternating batter topped with cinnamon swirl three times, ending with a light covering of the cinnamon swirl on top of the loaf. Spritz the final layer with a little Butter Grapeseed Oil.
  4. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
  5. Cool bread in pan 5 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely.
  6. Drizzle with a bit of icing if desired.

Variations

  • Can also use Club Soda, Sprite or Beer in place of the Ginger Ale.
  • For the swirl mixture, I have also used 1/3 cup of brown sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
  • Make a small amount of icing by blending powdered sugar with a bit of Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil, #10228 or lemon juice & drizzle over the bread after it has been removed from the loaf pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Whole Wheat Beer Bread, #10640
  • 1 12 oz can Ginger Ale
  • 2 tablespoons Quinoa Seeds, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • For Honey Walnut Butter, blend:
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • Walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Lightly grease 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine bread mix with soda or beer and seeds – batter will be stiff.
  3. Pour into loaf pan, smooth the top and sprinkle with more Quinoa.
  4. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
  5. Cool bread in pan 5 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely.

Variations

Use the Quick & Easy Beer Bread, #10613. You can use Club Soda, Sprite or Beer in place of the Ginger Ale.
